The pain of last years loss in the Grand Final to the Magpies by 4 points would had to have been the stimulus for the Brisbane Lions to go one better this year. They pretty much controlled the entire game against the Swans to record a ten goal win which they set up in the Giants game in a 44 point come from behind win. They then held their nerve against the Cats and snatched a win in the dying minutes, the momentum was put in place for the Swans game. Congratulations! LIONS
